The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to bring my bike into my room, which was convenient as I had to leave early in the morning before the bike room opened. They even offered to accommodate my food intolerances for breakfast if I had stayed later. The dinner buffet offered good value for the price, although the desserts could use a bit more time to defrost. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting in the Ardennes Forest, making it the perfect place for a walking holiday. The town of Spa is easily accessible with a nearby lift, although there is a charge.
